💪Strengthen your wrists to prevent further injuries or discomfort down the line.

These are 3 wrist strengthening exercises that I use regularly in my Pilates Classes
 
1.Wrist rock backs.
 
✔2.Wrist rotations.
 
✔3.Wrist push up holds.
