❤️My Exercise for Active Retired Classes, proving that exercise is for all ages, inclusivity is key🔑

❤️My Active Retired Exercise Class Kinsale enjoying lunch after their exercise class today❤️

🙏I really believe that social interaction is hugely important for this particular cohort of the population particularly post covid.

🔥Why I am so passionate about exercising through every stage of life, especially as we age & why it’s extremely important to me as a Trainer to encourage Movement and Inclusivity at all my fitness classes.

🏃‍♀️Being active at any age is good for your mental & physical well-being,but it’s even more important reaching retirement age & behond.

✅I adapt & modify exercises/activities for this specific class, making sure everyone can work at their own range of ability & also have fun, working on balance, coordination, sequencing,

dexterity,modified cardiovascular movement & endurance.

✅The focus & need on overall wellness are ever-present, especially now.

🔥Exercise has been shown to prevent disease, lower the risk of falls, improve mental health and well-being, ❤️strengthen social ties❤️ & improve cognitive function.

🔥Most of all,I just love them all & I look forward to our classes each week❤️❤️.
