Who I Am

Your Fitness Guru

A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs. I have many years of experience in the health/fitness industry. Starting off, I served 10 years in the Army, where I qualified as a Military Physical Training Instructor & Swimming Teacher, fitness testing & training soldiers to the level of battle preparation. As a Personal Trainer, I have been helping clients to change the way they look & feel. My experience & holistic approach to health & fitness will have you feeling great in no time. Teaching Pilates allows me to be the most comprehensive Fitness Trainer in my field. Aiding me to instruct across multiple fitness disciplines & encompassing all fitness levels & age ranges.
