✅Many typical cardio workouts like running or jump squats involve lots of jumping and high impact on your joints, whereas low impact exercises avoid this.


✅Low-impact cardio may not seem as impressive as a set of burpees, box jumps, or hill sprints — but it can still be an effective option for fat loss, all be it at a slower rate.


👉I would recommend low impact cardio to those who are new to working out, pregnant women, elderly clients, injured, or returning from injury, in particular.

If injured, low-impact work can be done two to four times per week, depending on the injury obviously.
