Six Ways to Motivate Yourself on Monday Morning


  1. Set a goal. There's nothing more motivating than having a goal to train for or work towards.

  2. Celebrate. Take a look at what you achieved last week & celebrate that. Get organized. Even the most motivated characters can be demotivated by a never-ending to-do list.

  3. Be grateful.
