Get a head start the night before. Get a good nights sleep on Sunday night & wake up feeling refreshed. Eat a healthy breakfast, personally I think you can't go wrong with porridge. Meditate. Feelings of stress, anxiety, & dread about the work day often begin as soon as you wake up. Pay attention to your thoughts.

Set a goal. There's nothing more motivating than having a goal to train for or work towards.
