If you are new to Pilates, it’s very important to start at the beginner class that will help you learn basic Pilates movements.
🔥New Pilates beginner level starts Tuesday 15th March @ 6.20pm in Innishannon Parish Hall.
Intermediate Pilates course starts Thur 24th March’22 @ 6.20pm.
